Celebrating Heffy Doodle 1st birthday + June Release

Hello Heffy Doodlers! And thanks for joining us for this amazing first birthday celebration. Heffy Doodle is one year old and it’s all thanks to you!  We’ve got TONS of inspiration for you today and an awesome line-up (full list at the bottom of this post). Plus, what’s a blog hop without a prizeTwo lucky Heffy Doodlers will receive a £50 voucher to the Heffy Doodle online shop, so please leave us some crafty love at each stop in order to qualify. And if you’re not our lucky winner this time, remember you can still receive 20% off all orders placed on the Heffy Doodle store, by entering the discount code: HeffyBirthday2u (valid June 13th -17th 2018). You should have arrived here from Angelica Conrad‘s blog and your next stop is the amazing Sandy Allnock‘s blog.

And since it wouldn’t be a birthday celebration without a birthday card, the first project I want to share with you today is this quick-and-easy birthday card I created using our new “Big Bold Words” stamp set.

This has got to be one of my favourite sets in our latest June release, since it allows for some easy-peasey, quick-and-easy cards. Just reach for your favourite pattern paper, stamp your big bold sentiment, add a couple of sequins and… voilà!

For my second project, I combined two of our new sets: the “Yappy Happy Mail” stamps and dies, along with our “Everyday Sentiment Duos” stamps. This last set is also brilliant for stamping inside your cards.

Isn’t this the perfect set for all of our crafty friends, near and far? I mean, who doesn’t love a mailbox/postbox, right!?

And last but not least, I’ve got a “Just because” card which I created using, once again, our “Big Bold Words” stamp set. The only difference is that, instead of using pattern paper, this time I created my own using a Waffle Flower Stamps set. You could basically do this with any background stamps in your collection, too!

And that’s all from me. We have such an amazing line-up and so many wonderful stops for you, I’m keeping it short and sweet. Please be sure to leave me a comment below for a chance to win. I’d love to hear which one of my three projects is your favourite! Until next time, happy hopping and thanks for making this first year so wonderful for all of us at Heffy Doodle! Your Heffy Doodle cards and projects on social media make our days, so be sure to tag us on each and every single one :o)

  1. Love these cards! I think my favorite is your last card. I love that background you created. The bold sentiment really sets it off. Thanks for sharing.

  2. That’s a really impressive sentiment to be able to hold its own against that busy background. I didn’t think I needed a sentiment that big, but now I’m thinking about all my patterned paper and…now I might need it. The joys and perils of a bloghop! And the happy mail set just melts my heart. It’s all I want to do with cards: send love until I can do it in person. Thanks for sharing such lovely cards with us and helping celebrate HD’s first birthday!

  3. All of your cards are lovely! I am especially fond of the “sending mail” card as this is my only access to my granddaughter. Thanks for sharing your inspiration.

  4. Beautiful cards! Love the bold sentiments, quick and easy is always welcome and you’ve created such lovely cards. Adorable puppy card, so sweet and beautifully colored.

  5. wow thanks for showing so many different card samples using the new Heffy doodle stamps!

  6. Lovely cards! I don’t color much so I really appreciate the 1st and 3rd card designs. I need to make a bunch of quick thank you cards and these designs would be perfect to CASE. And I, for one, have always loved happy mail! Such a cute card.
